Lady Gaga may seem like she’s immune to criticism, but even she has feelings.

Katy Perry made headlines earlier this week for her negative assessment of Gaga’s latest music video for “Alejandro,” calling it “blasphemy.”

Gaga seems to have anticipated the negativity, and before the video even aired, she wrote on her Twitter, “So many will try to destroy me. So many, over and over, coming in periods of greatness. But in this period, I cannot be broken: GAGAKLEIN.”

GAGAKLEIN refers to her collaboration with the video’s director, Steven Klein. Gaga added, “Prejudice is a disease. And when they come for you, or refuse your worth, I will be ready for their stones. I belong to you. GAGAKLEIN.”

Gaga is one of those artists, like Madonna, that you take or leave. She knows she can’t please everybody, so she does her own thing, and seems to enjoy herself doing it.

So long as people hate on Gaga’s work, the more inclined it seems she’ll feel to push it to the next limit.

Most people loved Lady Gaga’s latest music video for “Alejandro.” But Katy Perry took to her Twitter upon viewing the 9-minute piece, calling it sacrilegious.

Katy tweeted, "Using blasphemy as entertainment is as cheap as a comedian telling a fart joke."

We were surprised, seeing as though Perry constantly pushes the envelope. We didn’t expect a girl who flaunts her fake boobs in a whipped cream-shooting bikini and is engaged to Russell Brand to point fingers.

But maybe it was a step back to her Christian roots—did you know Katy was raised by pastor parents and grew up listening strictly to gospel music?? Her first album was all gospel-based too! But she never took off until 2007 with “I Kissed A Girl.”

Director of the “Alejandro” video Steven Klein has since reacted to the negative response, telling MTV, "The religious symbolism is not meant to denote anything negative, but represents the character's battle between the dark forces of this world and the spiritual salvation of the Soul.

Thus at the end of the film, she chooses to be a nun, and the reason her mouth and eyes disappear is because she is withdrawing her senses from the world of evil and going inward towards prayer and contemplation."

Klein also says the scene in which Gaga puts the rosary beads in her mouth is supposed to represent "the desire to take in the holy."

Well, some say, Kanye West has definitely paid for—and then some—interrupting Taylor Swift on stage at last year’s MTV Video Music Awards, something that’s become known as “pulling a Kanye.”

But the controversial rapper is ready to make his big comeback to mainstream. He’ll reportedly be performing at the upcoming BET Awards on June 27th.

He’s been out of the scene and off the stage since last September—Kanye performed “Run This Town” on Jay Leno with Jay-Z and Rihanna one day after Taylorgate.

But Kanye’s kept himself busy with his new album, which he’s been working on in Hawaii. Hopefully that peaceful setting calmed him down a little.

A BIG SNIFF OF SOME FERGIE

Fergie’s first scent, Outspoken, is set to hit stores in a few months. It will have a mix of star fruit, tuberose, jasmine, and passionflower with black leather and smoky vetiver.

She just shot her ad campaign for the fragrance.

“From my music to my wardrobe, my style is all about speaking up and making a statement,” Fergie says of her fragrance. “Outspoken definitely turns heads, but it also lets your true personality shine through,” she adds.

GLEE FINALE’ PRETTY DARN…UN “GLEE-TASTIC”

It’s official—the entire country is gleeking out! The season finale Glee aired last night, and nearly 11 million viewers tuned in!

The show was named the highest-rated finale for first-year shows, according to preliminary Neilson ratings. It was up a whole 18% from last week’s episode, and was up 21% in total viewers. Fox says the finale was also the show’s highest-rated telecast without a lead-in from American Idol.

Glee won among adults 18-49, adults 18-34, teens and all female demographics. Glee was also up 59% in total viewers versus what it averaged in the fall when it aired on Wednesdays (11.6 million versus 7.3 million).

As far as finales go, Glee’s was pretty top-notch. We were wondering how they were going to tie in Quinn’s pregnancy, as well as the future of New Directions! Lucky for us, everything worked out nicely, including the reconnection between Emma and Will, and Rachel and Finn! Ah, until next year…

GA GA CRASHES SISTER’S GRADUATION

Lady Gaga is infamous for her outrageous outfits, and refuses to take a day off from being the center of attention, even if it is someone else's special day.

Gaga showed up to her younger sister’s graduation from Convent of the Sacred Heart wearing a see-through lace jumpsuit and a goth hat with veil.

Of course the paparazzi was there to capture her every move, something we're sure her sister wasn't too pleased about.

Her poor sister only gets one day to shine and Gaga steals her thunder. So rude!

Meanwhile, we're hearing whispers that Gaga is considering posing for Playboy.

Young girls love to Google Justin Bieber, and guess what? So does he! When the pop sensation isn’t on stage, he’s busy checking out what’s being said about him on the Internet.

Sean Kingston, who worked with Bieber on his track “Eenie Meenie,” told MySpace.com that Justin is always online looking for articles written about himself.

When asked if Sean is the same way, he said, "No, but Justin does that though, he loves to Youtube himself and Google himself, I'm not like that."

That’s dangerous! Especially being Justin Bieber, who probably has an article or tweet written about him every minute! If you haven’t noticed already, he’s always a trending topic on Twitter!
