WATCH: Justin Bieber Serenades Hailey Baldwin At Buckingham Palace
Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin are in London for London Fashion Week, and decided to do some touristy things while in town, such as swinging by Buckingham Palace. During their stop at the palace, Justin pulled out a guitar and sang to Hailey.
