TikTok Trend: Buying Unclaimed Amazon Packages For Cheap

Have you ever wondered what happens to packages that can’t be delivered? As crazy as it sounds, a lot of it gets auctioned off to the highest bidder as mystery boxed.

Stephanie went viral on TikTok after buying a bunch of these at a swap meet for $1 each, and unwrapping things like $50 Visa gift cards. Unfortunately the swap meet doesn’t sell online, but according to the USPS, valuable mail that cannot be delivered is auctioned via GovDeals. A website called WiBargain also sells mystery boxes from retailers like Target and Amazon.
