Sheriff’s Office: Johnson City woman cited for drug possession five times since December

A Johnson City woman has been arrested for the fifth time since December after she was found in possession of meth, Fentanyl, and more than $2,600 in cash.

A county sheriff’s report said Sandra Pope, 50, was arrested in the parking lot of Publix off State of Franklin Road.

Her string of arrests began Dec. 8 and since then, she’s made bonds totaling $296,000. Pope is now held without bond in Jonesborough.
