The Kingsport Library to host Safe Sitter class

The Kingsport Public Library will be hosting a Safe Sitter class on June 21 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The program is presented by Ballad Health and is sponsored by Healthy Kingsport. Rising 6th through 8th grade students will have the opportunity to learn beginner babysitting safety and first aid from trained professionals during this six-hour class. There is no cost for the class, though registration is required, and space is limited. Students will learn Safety, child care and business skills and well as first aid and rescue training.
