Drive-thru flu shot clinics in Northeast Tennessee with free vaccines available through October
The Tennessee Department of Health has announced a series of drive-thru flu shot clinics in the Northeast region that will be free of charge to all residents.
Participants can stay in their cars as licensed medical personnel administer vaccines at select health departments and school campuses, according to information released by the agency on Monday.
The vaccines stations will be in operation for most of the month in the counties of Carter, Greene, Johnson, Hawkins, Hancock, Unicoi, and Washington.
