Johnson County Schools returning to in-person learning Sept. 16
Students in Johnson County, TN are the next school system set to return to the classroom.
The district’s board of education voted last night to allow in-person learning to return starting Wed. Sept. 16. Virtual learning options will still be available for students who do not wish to return to in-person learning, and families should contact their individual school before Sept. 15 if they want to continue with that option. All students and staff will also required to wear a mask.
All school buildings will open at 7:45 a.m and students will directly report to their first period class. A list of safety precautions and daily operations can be found here. – Electric 94.9 News Room
