New court filing in Johnson City Police lawsuit
A new court filing in one of two federal lawsuits against the Johnson City Police Department claims officers took hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash from Sean Williams, while refusing to stop his sexually predatory behavior. The lawsuit also claims officers engaged in patterns of discriminatory conduct toward the women who reported those alleged crimes. The new documents identified three additional JCPD investigators and included 13 unnamed officers. Williams is facing multiple state and federal charges related to drug trafficking and sex crimes against woman and children.
