Representative Morgan Griffith tours SWVA flood damage

U.S. Representative Morgan Griffith, from SWVA’s 9th District, spent Tuesday touring flood damage across the Southwest Virginia region. Griffith traveled to Buchanan, Dickenson, Tazewell and Wise counties to speak with area residents, business owners and local leaders. The tour of flood damage comes one day after Griffith joined Senators Mark Warner and Tim Kaine in sending a letter to President Trump, asking for the expedited approval of Gov. Youngkin’s request for a Major Disaster Declaration.
