TBI: Pagan’s MC served as meth distribution and sales network
A report from the TBI says large amounts of meth was being sold in East Tennessee through the network of an outlaw motorcycle gang.
An investigation into the Pagan’s MC resulted in 15 people in or related to the club indicted on drug-related charges.
The majority of that crew face a conspiracy charge while Pagan’s member Richard Carroll Baker, ID’d by the TBI as the ring leader, faces three additional counts of resale.
The agency said the investigation into Pagan’s activity began in December.
