Woman arrested after police find 2000 fentanyl pills during traffic stop
According to the Bristol, Virginia Police Department, vice, narcotics detectives and patrol officers made a traffic stop around 2 a.m. Wednesday. During the stop, a police K9 signaled that narcotics were in the car, where around 2000 fentanyl pills were found. 35 year old, Jessica Pruitt, of Bristol, Virginia was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute a Schedule I or Schedule II drug. The Sullivan County Second Judicial Drug Task Force, Tennessee Highway Patrol, and Washington County, Virginia Sheriff’s Office assisted in the arrest.
